Post Cargo
Use this flow to list goods you need shipped. Once published, your listing becomes visible to capacity providers who can offer you space on their routes.
How to Post
From the home screen or listings page, click "Post Cargo".
Fill in the following fields:

| Cargo title | A short, descriptive name for your shipment |
| Origin | City or port of departure |
| Destination | City or port of delivery |
| Cargo category | Type of goods (e.g. electronics, textiles, food) |
| Weight | Total shipment weight |
| Volume (CBM) | Cubic metres your cargo occupies |
| Number of pallets | How many pallets (if applicable) |
| Ready date | When cargo is ready to be collected |
| Delivery deadline | Latest acceptable delivery date |
| Description | Additional details about the cargo |
| Photos | Optional images of the goods or packaging |
Click Publish to make your listing live.
After Publishing
- Your listing appears in the cargo marketplace
- The matching engine surfaces your cargo to relevant capacity providers
- Interested providers can contact you via the built-in messaging system
- You can upload supporting documents such as a commercial invoice or packing list
Tips
Be specific about dates
Providers plan routes weeks in advance. The more precise your ready date and delivery deadline, the better your match quality.
Volume matters
Accurate CBM figures help providers understand whether your cargo fits their available space. Underestimating can cause issues at collection.
Insure your goods
Travomate Cargo is a marketplace, not a carrier, and carrier liability is capped well below most cargo values. Arrange cargo insurance for the full value of your shipment, and ask the provider for proof of their liability cover before booking. See Insurance & Liability.
