Offer Capacity

Use this flow to advertise room on your freight routes. Once published, shippers whose cargo matches your offering will be able to contact you directly.

What You Can Offer

Travomate Cargo is a space-sharing platform, and a provider can offer either kind of capacity:

Listing type What it means Example
Spare space Leftover room in a container or truck you are already shipping 12 CBM free in a 40ft already going Shanghai → Gdańsk
Full free container A whole container you have available on a lane, open to one or several shippers An empty 40ft on that lane

Both run through the same flow. The listing simply states which one it is.

Tips

Keep listings up to date

If your space or container is filled, mark the listing as closed so shippers are not sending enquiries for capacity that no longer exists.

Verification builds trust

Verified providers receive a badge on their listings and appear more prominently in search results. See Trust & Verification to get verified.

Carry the right liability cover

You are the carrier for cargo in your custody. Hold appropriate carrier liability cover and be ready to show proof of it. Shippers are encouraged to ask. See Insurance & Liability.
